the location was convenient for the meetings i had to attend, so that was fine.

the front desk receptionists seemed untrained, i found. they didn't know the hotel policies. i had extended my stay two nights and paid online, but they charged my deposit at checkout. they said they didn't find the payment, even after i showed them the receipt. it was frustrating.
